Ghost Clings

Did you know you could make window clings using hot glue?  Neither did I... until I came across this tutorial for Ghost Window Clings from Greenbean's Crafterole.  Pretty clever if you ask me.

    I tried this and mine did not come off the glass plate...at all! Is there something I am doing wrong??
