Chocolate Cupcake with Vanilla Filling

If you have never been to Our Best Bites, you don't know what you're missing.  I made these cupcakes for my son's 4-year-old birthday and they were a hit.  A.ma.zing. is all I can say... I might need to make some more tonight!
