Baked Chicken Penne

I've been craving this pasta ever since I came across this post at Our Best Bites.  I am a sucker for alfredo sauce (naughty, I know) so I couldn't pass this one up.  The greatest part of this recipe?  It makes enough for two pans - one for right now and one to freeze (they even include freezing instructions)!  In my book, it doesn't get much better than this.
