Grow Your Own Wheatgrass

Wheatgrass is known for its nutritional benefits, but I'm not sure I would eat it... or pulverize it and drink it. But I sure want to grow some - I'm in the mood for spring! Click HERE for instructions on how to grow your own (thanks Make and Takes). Good news is it only takes about 7 days to grow until it looks like this picture, so I'm not too late for some real Easter grass!
