Paper Flower Garland

I have a large divided folder of scrapbook paper.  Really cute scrapbook paper.  Unfortunately, I don't use it.  Since converting to digital scrapbooking, I'm always looking for creative ways to use up this paper... well, I've found one!

I fell in love with this Paper Flower Garland when I came across it a few weeks ago.  Isn't it adorable?  So cute for a spring decoration... or keep it up in your girls' room year-round.  Thanks to A Little Sparkle for this great idea.  Now I won't have quite as much stinkin' paper.
