Car Seat Cover

So here's another creation I've wanted to make since I saw them at Swiss Days.  I know you've seen those adorable car seat covers around - well, now you can make your own!!  Get the easy-to-follow tutorial HERE.  I think I need to make a few to keep on hand for baby gifts.  Thanks for Lulu's Tiles for this great project idea!
