30 minute Bed Skirt

I've been wanting to make bed skirts for my boys' beds and I was very excited to find this tutorial for a 30 minute bed skirt from Anna at Noodlehead.  This looks like a sewing project that I could pull off (no top stitching, zippers, bias tape, or even hemming is needed) and I'm happy I get to use my pinking shears that I purchased not too long ago.
