Crab Salad

Unlike Kimi, I love certain types of seafood - and crab happens to be one of them.  So I was excited to see that Eat Your Veggies, Peas posted a recipe for crab salad.  Mmmmm, I love summer salads and this one just sings summer to me!  (Kimi, you could always use chicken instead!)
