Honey Lime Enchiladas

My friend made some honey lime enchiladas a couple of weeks ago and I thought they sounded so good. Well today I saw this recipe for Honey Lime Enchiladas from Cheat Day Cafe that sound delicious- I'm on a really stupid diet right now, though, so I'll have to wait a few weeks before I can make them.
