Wicker Furniture Makeover

Last year we built a deck (yahoo!) and we had some dear friends give us their old patio furniture (double yahoo!).  It's very cute and wicker- but is pretty hammered (years of sitting out in winter snow and then baking in Utah heat).  One day last summer, my husband actually fell through the bottom of one of the chairs- very funny.  I've been searching on-line for ways to repair the chair, most suggest actually purchasing new wicker, soaking it, and weaving it in (really, who has time for that??).  I'm loving this quicker fix idea from Little Birdie Secrets on their Patio Furniture Makeover.
