Colorburst Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes last weekend for my father-in-law's Birthday.  My in-laws were so complimentary of my creative baking skills that I had to confess I had seen them on Our Best Bites.  So anyone else who wants to make some delicious and fun cupcakes HERE is how you do it. 
Just FYI- my boys helped me make ours and we decided to start with red on the bottom so we could end with blue on top.  I personally think the red on top looks cuter.
