Glitter Toes

My sister, Amy, went to visit her husband's family over Easter weekend and came home with these fabulous glitter toes.  Being the jealous type, I had to figure out how to get my toes to sparkle.  Here is the tutorial, compliments of Sisters' Stuff so that you too can have sparkly, fantastic toes all ready for flip-flop season.
