A Little Bit About Us

We are two sisters, Missy & Kimi, who share a love of all things cute, crafty, and/or delicious.  We used to look at the amazing things that people make and think "if I could..."  Then we entered the wonderful (and addicting) world of blogging where we were shown step-by-step how to sew, craft, and cook anything we could possibly imagine.  We realized that with a little bit of help from fellow bloggers we can do these things.  It was hard to keep track of all the tutorials and ideas we loved, thus our blog.  We hope that "if I could..." inspires you to try something new and discover that you can!

  I'm the mother to 4 adorable kiddos (3 girls and 1 boy - lots of estrogen at our house!)

  I work part-time as a paralegal; I also teach piano lessons; I also teach a preschool-age singing and dancing class

  I despise doing laundry

  I prefer to do projects with a buddy (usually Kimi gets roped in)

  I've been married for 12 years - to the same great guy
• 
  
  I love to crochet and am trying to learn to knit

  I spend way too much time at the computer - blogging, surfing the internet, digital scrapbooking, playing games, organizing photos, etc

  Graduated in Public Relations from the U of U

  I love to sing with my hubby (you should hear him!)

  I love baking, napping, reading, and playing with my kids

Kimi

• 
  
  I'm a stay-at-home Mom of 3 boys, ages 4, 3 &1
• 
  
  Born & raised in Salt Lake City, I attended the University of Utah where I earned my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education
• 
  
  Before having kids I taught 1st grade (but I don't own any ugly teacher sweaters)
• 
  
  Besides the obvious (sewing, crafting and cooking) I love reading, gardening, and digital scrapbooking
• 
  
  I don't like cleaning
• 
  
  I love chocolate
• 
  
  I bake cookies at least once a week- my boys are excellent helpers in the kitchen

  I'm crazy about my husband, he makes me laugh everyday
